The Origin — 1989

In 1989, our founder Mr. O.P. Gupta felt that after a certain level, a partnership structure becomes a hindrance to growth. The old partnership firm was dissolved and with blessings of Late Sh. Govind Ram Ji Gupta, "S.G.G. CEMENT PRODUCT PVT. LTD." was formed — ushering in a new era of corporate-scale precast manufacturing.

SGG is established in the most prominent industrial territory of Tonk region, Rajasthan. With over 4 decades of experience, we have the ability, infrastructure and expertise to meet the most demanding requirements in the precast concrete industry.

ISI Licensed Since 1993

We have been granted ISI License in 1993 and ISO 9001:2015 certification. Approved by RUIDP, PWD, Water Resources, PMGSY, National Highway, BSNL, ADB Projects, World Bank Funded Projects & Indian Railways.

The Company is headed by our founder, eminent & efficient Director Sh. O.P. Gupta who has technical and professional expertise of 4 decades. He began the business on an extremely small scale and step by step built it into a multi-unit industrial enterprise. In the year 2012, SGG started Manufacturing RCC Hume Pipes by Vertical Casting Technology — the first of its kind in Rajasthan.

Presently the unit has state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for RCC Hume Pipes (Flush Joints & Spigot and Socket Joints), HDPE Lined RCC Pipes, Trenchless Pipes, Precast Manhole Chambers, Precast Box Culverts, Precast Inspection Chambers, SFRC Manhole Covers and other allied products. We take pride in the products we manufacture & guarantee all products against manufacturing defects.

Quality Management

Quality is the key factor that has enabled us to ride high on the strides of success. We follow a well-defined quality management system as per ISO 9001:2015.

Stage 1

Raw Material Inspection

Raw materials — Cement, Steel, Sand & Coarse Aggregates — are procured from established vendor bases (UltraTech, JK Cement, Shree Cement, Birla). All materials are inspected at arrival and sent to manufacturing only after quality controller approval.

Stage 2

In-Process Quality Control

Manufacturing is done under strict supervision of highly qualified engineers. During the process, we conduct slump tests, cube tests and material composition checks to ensure consistency and structural integrity.

Stage 3

Final Testing

Rigorous batch testing includes Dimensions Check, Three Edge Load Bearing Test, Permeability Test & Hydraulic Test. Nothing leaves the yard without inspection and approval. All products are carefully packed and secured for transportation.
